When you have added products to purchase to your cart, you will need to either register (new user) or sign in (existing users) and then proceed to checkout. We use CC Avenue for payments. You will be directed to their payment page where you can enter Credit Card, Debit Card or Online Banking options.
You can also pay via Paypal. However Paypal has not allowed payments in Indian Rupees as yet so we are forced to take the payment in US Dollars. If you will like to pay via Paypal, please drop us an email via the Contact Us page.

At this moment we do not offer COD or Cash on Delivery option.

If we have issued a refund and notified you, please note that it goes via our service gateway integrator CC Avenue and it can take up to 10 working days before it appears in your account statement. It goes back to the same instrument which you have used to pay (credit or debit card).

No, if you do not want to use Paypal, just continue with our default payment option (CCAvenue) which will take the payment in Indian Rupees.

To learn about latest status of the order you have placed, please log in to your account, locate order history and click on the order.

If you need more information, please contact us.

We do not ship flowers or perishable items to outside India.

However sometimes we do run special deliveries, e.g., Sharodiya, that can be shipped abroad.

Please contact us in the first instance to ask for special shipment to outside India before you make any purchase, that’s the safest thing to do.
